Brewing
The brewing journey
A guided walkthrough of the Mannrang brewing process. Choose your blend, set your cup count, and follow the steps. Six moments — from water to served.
Boil the water
Begin with fresh water, brought just to a boil. The first step is the foundation of the cup.
Add the tea
Add Mannrang. Watch the leaves meet the water and release their first colour.
Simmer
Let it simmer. The leaves will surrender their character to the water.
Add milk (optional)
Pour the milk in slowly. The cup turns from deep amber to a warm, lighter shade.
Bring to a gentle boil (optional)
Once more — but gently. Skip this step if using a non-dairy creamer.
Strain & serve
Strain into your cup. Add sugar or sweetener as you like. Your chai, chosen well.
Note: Non-dairy creamers may not be suitable for boiling.
Best Experience: For the finest cup, we recommend finishing your pack within two months of receiving your order.
