A guided walkthrough of the Mannrang brewing process. Choose your blend, set your cup count, and follow the steps. Six moments — from water to served.

01

Boil the water

Begin with fresh water, brought just to a boil. The first step is the foundation of the cup.

150 ml · 100°C
02

Add the tea

Add Mannrang. Watch the leaves meet the water and release their first colour.

Simmer

Let it simmer. The leaves will surrender their character to the water.

3–7 Minutes for full flavour
Set timer min (1–10) 06:00

Add milk (optional)

Pour the milk in slowly. The cup turns from deep amber to a warm, lighter shade.

50 ml · Skimmed or Low-Fat
05

Bring to a gentle boil (optional)

Once more — but gently. Skip this step if using a non-dairy creamer.

Until just bubbling

Strain & serve

Strain into your cup. Add sugar or sweetener as you like. Your chai, chosen well.
